Nice hotel
Positives:
Not much. Very cold,windy day and the side door we were directed to use wouldn’t open with key cards. Replacement key cards only worked 1x and never again. We were too cold for keep walking around to the front door to get a replacement key. Very frustrating situation.
Negatives:
Seemed very worn out and beaten up. 1 mini shampoo & 1 mini conditioner. No lotion. Very frugal amenities for 2 adults. Staff not particularly attentive to costumers needs at check in, checkout or during breakfast. Staff observed outside the front doors smoking during breakfast service. Smoke smell came into the lobby while we were eating. Not pleasant. Coffee and hot water were only lukewarm. Food wasn’t hot.

The location was the only thing good about this place. I never leave bad reviews but I don’t want people to go through the same thing I did.
Negatives:
My husband and I stayed here for three days and everything you can think of went wrong. All the electric was connected to where if you turned off the main light it would turn off the tv and everything else. So we had to sleep with the lights on. The ac had trouble staying on and keeping the room cooled. The bathtub had paint peeling off all over it. The fridge setting would only stay on freezer. We tried communicating with the front desk but they were no help. On top of all that I paid before I arrived through booking and when we checked in she took my card to verify it was the same card and charged me again, it took three weeks to resolve the issue and get our money back.
