The Breakfast offerings were limited. The door on the room was beat up and loose. Towles were hard to get for shower. The AC unit was filthy. And smelled bad.

Americas Best hotel is close to Kaw Lake, this was a big bonus after a day on the lake.
Negatives:
The amenities in bathroom were very low quality and lacking. As a woman trying to wash your hair with one very small package of shampoo only between two people was impossible. I had to go purchase shampoo from the gas station next store. Also 2 scratchy towels for 2 adults was a bit of a challenge.

The staff was really helpful & nice. Was really glad to see the pool was already open, that was a plus. Have stayed in the past because rates are great & pets are excepted.

Could use some improvement on the breakfast, just a bit more variety would be good. All in all for the price, its good.
