Positives: Friendly front staff, clean room. Thoughtfully accommodated me (without me asking) with a window room facing parking area so I could see my motorcycle from there, which I thought was a very kind gesture. Would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Tulsa

Positives: Looked nice due to the remodel.
Negatives: That I had gotten the room for my son and his new wife for their honeymoon night, and there ended up being roaches all in their room and a few other of the guests rooms. This was October 14, 2023 and was told I'd receive a refund and still haven't received anything a month later. I keep getting told waiting on management.
