Positives:
Check in and out was simple and easy. The front staff was accommodating after I left my purse in Portland. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The rooms were clean and quiet. The water had great pressure and was piping hot. I would definitely stay there again.

We found your Front Desk Jennifer to be very helpful. She was prepared with our print copy of our bill to make our departure fast. Then we found out from other guests that the 199S was closed n she helped us with an alternative route to get us on our way. We think she is a great asset to ur staff.
Negatives:
The only down side for our stay was the lighting in the room was poor n it felt a bit tomb-like.

It may seem like a very picky point but I stand 67 tall and found the toilet in the bathroom very, uncomfortably low. Also I found the room to not have enough lighting. All lamps in the room worked but I still found it dark.

The staff was friendly, nice and helpful.

Room was dirty, smelled really bad. Really run down, definitely needs a major renovation. First Room we received was so bad, hair all over the bed, Room had a horrible smell. Luckily they had another Room available to move us into once I informed the staff of our situation. The new was better but not by much. We were on the road for about 12 hours and we were too tired and decided to just stay the night, least it didn't smell bad. The carpet had lots of stain in fact the room itself needed an update. I feel like they kept the lighting poor/dark in the room so you can't see how bad of a condition it is. Did not expect that from Holiday Inn brand name.
