it looks facilities are old, but still ok. 1 thing make me not satisfied is that I put te "clean room" on the door at about 10 am, but they dont clean my room. And I asked front door for the reason. And the front door just said he did not know, let him ask cleaner. It was almost 8pm, he just went inside and walked around for 1 or 2 minutes. And then went back said again he did not know the reason. I knew there were no ppl at there and he just put on an act. I dont like his attitude and he did nothing for this situation. He only did one thing was speaking "I dont know" repeatly.

Receptionist was wonderful, room was nice and comfortable, bed was very comfortable, location was less than five minutes drive from where we needed to go the next day, breakfast was good and I’m excited to come back and stay here again!
Negatives:
Only thing I had a problem with was I couldn’t figure out how to make the sleep setting on the tv work. I like to fall asleep with the tv on because the noise helps me fall asleep but I couldn’t figure out how to make the sleep setting work. This may have also been operator error as I am unfamiliar with the tv and its remote.

Positives:
Both of the things I liked about the Hotel I also disliked a bit. It was clean and comfortable but lacks personality. Loved the free laundry facilities but very inconvenient having to ask the front desk to open the door each time you need to go in to check or switch your laundry. The young lady who was working the front desk during the day was a gem. Very good at her job and other hotel staff could learn a lot from her when it comes to great customer service.
Negatives:
Switched rooms and left an item of value behind, when I asked the front desk just a couple hours later they didn’t seem to concerned or offer any assistance.

Decent hotel for the price.
Positives:
Almost every night I stated, there were people screaming and acting up at very late hours. It is what it is sometimes. Not in a bad area but anywhere with bus access is. Water could be hotter and there could be more before going cold. I'm being picky. I would gladly stay there again.
Negatives:
Baths not hot or dull. Noisy guests.
