We were told at check-in that there was breakfast in the morning, but maybe they don't actually have breakfast on Saturday mornings because it seemed non-existent. They didn't even appear to have coffee on. It was bleak, so it wasn't even worth asking.

Continental breakfast was great. The location was awesome. 5 minutes walk to the beach, with ocean views from the room. The staff provided extra linens for our needs coming back from the beach and lots of extra coffee for the coffee maker.
Negatives:
The electrical outlets didn't work, the lamp didn't work. The tub was really old and pitted with rust. The interior walls needed a fresh coat of paint. The pool was closed due to some problem with the filter :(

I booked and called direct to confirm pool and hot tub were working. Then I arrived 2 weeks later and they said it was closed for over a week. No messages.
People aloud dogs. They barked all day and night then walked past my main floor window and let dog crap on grass outside my window and did not pick up.

We paid for the ocean view room and I loved my view aside from some power line chords that were a bit fallen that made it hard to see properly. Other than that the view was immaculate.
