Both beds in our room had a very large sagging problem. We told the manager about it in the morning. Overheard him tell another staff member to check out the problem as we were leaving.

We were there for 3 days and never had anybody check the room or see if we need anything. Never had any clean towels or any more coffee for the morning. The carpet in the hallway was old and needs to be replaced the ends where they meet are frayed, and you can see where they were sowed together.

Great Breakfast and from 6am to 10:00am. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Indoor pool & gym with hours 6 am to midnight. Fresh backed cookies in the evening. Also, late check-out by request. I will stay here again.
Negatives:
Would like more USB connections in room since many of us now have an iPad, an Apple watch and an iPhone.
