When I lifted the sheets, I found a variety of human hairs that weren’t mine all underneath the comforter. It almost seemed like they didn’t change the sheets. I had to ask the front desk for new sheets.

I had issues with reservations and the room. When I contacted at the front desk she told me she didnt have time to do anything about my issues, she was way to busy and couldnt help me. The room was dirty, hair in the shower, trash left in the b

The bathroom was dirty, hair in the bathtub, dirty mirrors, trash on the floor. Brittany the front desk receptionist was rude and wouldn’t hear my complaints. She said she was too busy to help me and brushed me off. Her tone and attitude were not of any standard for the industry. The coffee in the front lobby was empty and when the breakfast buffet opened the food was COLD! Who serves COLD food!!! What a joke.

Location was easy access. The bed sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The carpet and floors were extremely dirty to the point that our feet stuck to the carpet.
I booked here because I’ve stayed here one time and enjoyed the pool and fitness room. When we arrived, both were closed for the duration. At check-in, we were told we could go somewhere else without a cancellation fee if we were too unhappy about the closed facilities.
I’m not sure what happened between my first stay and this one, but the facility has really declined.
