The location was fine.

They was not heat. It was extremely cold in the room. They offered to move us (3 children 3 years old and younger) to another however the hear did not work in that one either. The front desk actually gave us a space heater. This I was unbelievable!

The couch was ripped, the window sill was full of dirt. They wasnt much to do on the grounds of the hotel itself. There wasnt much of a variety at the breakfast

Staff at the front desk was nice and understanding. He sent someone right away when I complained that the mattress protector had a big yellow stain.
Negatives:
breakfast: young lady in charge not proactive and not service oriented: at 9:10, items are missing and she has no intention to replace them unless someone is ready to wait 20 minutes. Ran out of milk on a Sunday morning at 10?!!

Clean, well appointed room. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
Bathroom sink drained slowly. I found myself standing in ankle deep water in the shower, which was very disturbing.

The kitchen is always the best. Love being able to make hot breakfast In the morning.
Negatives:
All of the dishes were dirty inside the dishwasher. Old food on floor from pervious guests. Nothing for the coffee pot. No filters or anything.
