The pool area was beautiful! Warm and very inviting environment. Also liked the entrance right off the elevator, very convenient.
Staff was wonderful, super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
We used the couch pull out bed for my step son to sleep on, when we pulled it out we found (what I think was) pistachio shells and dryer sheets and other small pieces of trash under the couch.
Price was a tad steep.

The pool and hot tub were great...pool was actually heated...felt so good to walk right in.

After we had checked out, I thought I had lost an earring in the room while we were there. I called the hotel and the young lady working actually took the time to go to the room to check to see if she could find it. She called me back to tell me she couldn't find it. I actually had just misplaced the earring and found it the following day.
