Positives:
The staff was amazing! 2nd and 3rd shift went above and beyond to meet our needs!
Negatives:
Surprisingly it was the guests. Police were there people outside drinking and just throwing the beer cans outside. Seems like a lot of people are living here.
Positives:
Breakfast included cereal, toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, and yogurt. A bit short, because you could eat them only until 8:30 am. In addition, the hotel had a laundry service ($3 for washing and $3 for drying) in each building. The room had basic cutlery and crockery for one person.
Negatives:
no possibility to buy washing products in the laundry (maybe they were at the concierge - I didn't check).

There are suppose to be pots and dishes and silverware in the room ...there was 1 small pot no plates no glasses no extra toilet paper or paper towels these items are the most important essentials to the room

Clean towels was a hassle to get. Also no coffee machine in the room we had. Iron without iron board. Needs a little more improvement on the rooms. Overall I would stay here again if they make some adjustments

The property was good but your website failed to inform us about the $250 deposite to be paid at the property for security ! Hence we were unable to stay it was my birthday gift I was VERY DISSAPOINTED

The walls were paper thin. Heard someone snoring the entire night , could even hear someone’s conversation. Initially there were not any blankets provided. Hallways smelled of smoke and marijuanna and dirty. It appeared that people “lived” at the hotel

Positives:
The room next to ours was partying all night and in the morning the couple started fighting in the hallway and she actually stabbed him with a knife. The police showed up and arrested her in front of everyone in the breakfast area

Didn’t know they board homeless. Cigarette butts all over. Dog poop in the grass not cleaned up and in the morning the homeless eat all the food. Most mornings there is no hot breakfast and juice
