It was the most disgusting room I'd ever stayed in. They couldn't get a room key to open the door of the first room I was given. The clerk opened it with her keys and when I asked her how I was suppose to get in when I left for any reason, she suggested I prop open the door. Are you serious? I don't think so. I demanded another room. I don't think I've ever seen a bathroom so filthy in my life! I didn't dare touch anything. If I hadn't been on the road for 11 hrs, I would have left immediately but it was 11pm and I was exhausted. I ended up getting a sheet out of the trunk of my car and laid it across the bed so I wouldn't have to have contact with the bed directly. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with a hotel room. Traveller's beware! DO NOT EVER STAY THERE!

The unprofessionalism of the staff, the uncleanness of the room. The sink and shower had a continuous leak. The comforter was visibily dirty, carpets were not vacuumed, there was a sticky residue on the remote, alarm clock, and the lamp on the nightstand.

We were able to stay on the first level and take my dogs in and out so easily. Great beds and pillows!!
