Everything was a disaster from the time of check in to we got in our room then was refunded our money, you checked in behind bulletproof glass, then when we got to our room the door was already open because it didn’t close completely at all, shower head ripped off the wall and dirty mattress with bodily fluid on it. Would not recommend at all, we weren’t even in our room longer then 5 min before we went down and got our money back

I WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY SET THE THERMOSTAT OR HEAT LEVEL. THE ROOM WAS FINE FOR THE VALUE I PAID.

I DID NOT PARTICULARLY CARE FOR THE SINGLE STAND UP SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM. ALSO THE ELEVATOR SEEMED A LITTLE SKETCHY TO SAY THE LEAST. IT WAS AN OLD ELEVATOR. NO TELLING THE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE WAS BEING PERFORMED ON THE CABLES THAT GO UP AND DOWN!!!
