very good beds. very good location, parking available and easy to find a spot. Neighborhood feels very safe even late at night. We didn't use public transportation. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and helpful.

Overall, the rooms are nice and comfortable. There is a decent restaurant across the street from the hotel if you don't want to dine out. The personnel was very nice.
Negatives:
The smell of weed in the corridors is overwhelming, at lease on the third and fourth floors that we stayed. Luckily, there werent much of it in the rooms. The most annoying thing were the key cards. They only worked maybe 20% of the time (for both rooms we had), and apparently, the hotel personnel are aware of the problem.

The staff was wonderful. Great cleaning staff. The coffee in the room was very good. The room temperature was comfortable. The room was quiet no street noise.

The blanket on our bed was washed so much that it was thin, I did tell the front desk upon departure. We brought another blanket to throw over ours. The coffee in the breakfast room was not as good. There was a smell of weed in the hallway.
