Front desk staff wrote down my room number on a scrap of paper, then proceeded to say out LOUD what my room number was. There were several people in the immediate area at the time. Staff should never say out loud - a guest's room number, for safety reasons! That, and the beds were very hard...

upon check in the person speaking to her boss about being overbooked at-3 i wanted to turn around and leave, coffee was the worst ever. terrible over all experience, never again!

Disappointing .. pool was closed with no explanation. Breakfast was supposed to be included but neither day was anything available. We went down both days by 8 and the only thing they had was coffee. I would of never stayed at this location knowing that both things I looked for in booking was not available. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. Staff was non-existent

Was told that there was a breakfast in the morning. Only thing was a coffee machine, which ran out out of coffee, and when asked about breakfast, the morning staff brought out about 6-8 muffins and sport bars. Very disappointed about this

That we were right next to the public bathrooms to use as a secondary bathroom and it was cleaner than our bathroom.
Negatives:
Mostly everything - broken stuff in the shower. The hotel seemed like people lived there or even people would pay by the hour. People in the halls yelling and fighting until 5am and knocking on our door and running. It was a memory making experience.

Only 1 elevator working. Had to ask for a TV remote and hair dryer, none in room. Had to get box of kitchenware, not in room. Didn't make it to breakfast but only grab bag anyway. Expected more. Luckily brought something I could eat for breakfast. Guess I'll read info better next time.
