Positives: Liked cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Negatives: Only 1 elevator working. Had to ask for a TV remote and hair dryer, none in room. Had to get box of kitchenware, not in room. Didn't make it to breakfast but only grab bag anyway. Expected more. Luckily brought something I could eat for breakfast. Guess I'll read info better next time.

Positives: The room itself was fine. Large, comfortable and with plenty of amenities.

Negatives: First, they was an unusual odour in the hallways, almost musty smelling. Second, the "free breakfast"was just coffee, nothing else. When I inquired about getting something to eat, I was told that nothing was available. They had packages of quick oatmeal but no paper bowls or hot water. Very disappointed.

Positives: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's near many shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.

Negatives: The pool was unavailable. We travel with our kids so this would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, the carpets in the hallway had stains on them. The sink is outside of the bathroom which bothered me. The bathroom itself is extremely small. The covers on the light switch was busted. It seemed outdated.

Positives: The property was nice and professional looking. The room we stayed in was nice and for us very well as a large family. We got there a little earlier than expected and they accommodated us so that we could go ahead and check in.
