Location one mile from PA turnpike. Coffee, tea, microwave in foyer, snack machines. Refrigerator with freezer, microwave in room.
Negatives:
Front desk staff surly, felt as though I was there on sufferance. Mattress and pillows hard. Walls thin. No breakfast. There is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins about 150 feet away.

Cleaning staff was friendly and attentive. Bathroom clean and good hot water. Nice view out window.
Negatives:
Desk clerk curt and unfriendly. Room floor dirty. Pillows yellow, soiled and worn out. Cockroach in sink. Poor lighting in room. Lack of communication when requested for extension of room reservation. Will not stay again or recommend to others.

Check in was awful. Neither the clerk nor the manager could cigure out how to change the card I wanted to use for payment. Nor could they figure out any way to let our friends pay for their room. They insisted I use my card for both. These guys were terrible

The property was nice.

The worst part about the stay was the housekeeping. Every morning at 8:30 to 9 oclock the male housecleaner would stand out in the hall and yell at the top of his voice at the staff member. You couldnt tell what they were saying because it was in a foreign language. a couple times he beat on the door even though I had a do not disturb sign up. I had to go out in the hall and stare him down to get them to stop screaming. Check out was not till 11 oclock and yet he was out there yelling at 9 AM. If you werent out right at 11, they would stand at the door and yell and scream at you to get out of your room. That didnt happen to me but to several other guests.
