Breakfast was very good,food was hot, nice variety. Location for us was great. Very clean.

Requested handicapped room that had Rollin shower-did not get, bathroom had no grab bars. A little hard for my son since he is in a wheelchair. Luckily he managed. Only problem we had for our stay.

The room was very spacious and perfect for a family. It had a kitchen and there were lots of businesses nearby to grab something to eat. The pool was nice and heated and breakfast had a pretty good selection.
Negatives:
It would be nice if plant milk and more plant-based foods could be added to the breakfast buffet. Plant milk is inexpensive and such a life-saver for people with intolerances.

There is no fresh air in the room and windows are sealed. It makes my experience horrible. I was opening door in the room time to time, but it compromised my privacy/quietness and its not the option during the night. I have asked stuff about it, they told me to turn on AC, but I explained them that AC use air from the inside and they suggested me a ventilator also they informed me that there is no room with unsealed windows. V
It affects everything, I cant work normally, I cant sleep normally my stay was close to horrible because of that. Ventilation flow is tiny and does not help at all.

it was a new facility. staff was excellent. House Keeping should be ashamed. closet was unusable, it was full of Cat urine. someone had , had a litter box for sure in it. and of coarse we have allergies in our family to stupid cats. why people travel with a cat is beyond me. and cruel to the cat.
staff helped us to put a clean curtain on the closet , which greatly reduced the smell, in the room. House Keeping had certainly known about it before, because the carpet in the whole room was so overpoweringly smelly of carpet cleaner, that it wasnt until, we tried to hang up clothes that we noticed. But then the smell of the cat urine was in the room
