major issues- 2nd floor reeked of marijuana they emphasized night time quiet hours when checking in but showed no care to quiet unruly families in the morning,safety doors did not lock broken laundry,filthy gym, dirty elevator,just gross

You can tell maintenance was in either in a hurry or was taking short cuts to get things done. No big deal just noticeable.

The lady checking me in at the front desk (I did not get her name) was so sweet. I made my reservation 10 minutes before arriving and she was able to accommodate my request to be near the party I was traveling with.

Breakfast and cleaning. Bad was not made daily. Not enough towels.

The bedding didn't smell and the bed was comfortable

The hotel stopped running the shuttle at midnight but that was not noted on the listing. The room and hallways smelled like marijuana. All workmanship was terrible. Toilet paper hadn't been changed. Hot water for tea was lukewarm.
