Based on staff explanations, due to low season rooms are only cleaned once a week. There were bugs in the curtains, floor, and hair in the bathroom. Staff changed us room, but similar problems were encountered.

The staff at the main desk as well as the food and beverage staff were exceptional especially Dorothy and the morning girls. I don't remember their names. But they made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and the breakfast was fabulous.

We had to drive into town but it was a quick 10 minutes. Not really a problem.
