This hotel told us that we are not welcome at there place of business anymore when I inquired as to why that was their decision friend she said "no reason." We just don't want to rent you a room. Then she mumbled somefhing to the effect of that I have friends that visit me that cause problems .....now if that were true I could accept that as a answer but that's not the truth. There is a reason why she does not like the company that visit's my room (these were only visitors during the day or evening..guests we (my fiancee and myself are paying guests. But long story short my friend and her guy friends had stayed at the hotel. The weekend prior and there is a 30 cash or card deposit thats required on every room that is to be refunded at checkout as long as the room is left as it was when you first walked into it as the room was for my friend Jessica Kistner well the wonderful Manager Lisa who is a very miserable and just honestly plain nasty woman for NO REASON I've alwaysKILLED HER WITH EXTREME KINDNESS IT DOES NOT WORk. She gets even nastier with me!! bottom. Line is she refused our stay for no reason and I feel this is very bad business practices as dirty and run down and honestly expemsive for the way the accommodations are (every room is outdated and all stink of old cigarettes broken toilet seat broken drawers, just a mess but it's in a very good location for ppl like myself and my fiancee who are currently homeless and need to be in a location that we can have access to food and the Westmoreland Transit bus and things of that nature it's been very inconvenient that we cannot book and stay at this motel!?? Also they allowed me to book the from. Send a request for check In. Early and responded but yet never notified is that they didn't want our business until 8 pm when we had already paid a uber to get there any and had all our belongings and then when I.

I had booked a single King size room and they gave me a double twin bed and refused to switch me to what I booked. No offer for my inconvenience either.
