The room needed actually cleaned. Dirt on the walls. The bathroom floor was dirty along with the tub. I had to clean it before I got a shower. The entrance of the hotel smelled like actual poop every night.

Great hotel for dogs. I was traveling to attend a dog show. The first floor room was close to the front door and the potty area was large with plenty of light. Staff were courteous and everything worked in the room.

Showed up after a long trip 22 minutes early. Told us we would need to pat an additional $15 for early check in. First hotel in 30+ years that pulled that. Wont stay at another one again. Hope the $15 was worth it, cuz Im sure Im not the first person that had that experience.
