The property was absolutely disgusting and outdated. They had to change my room because of the fridge smelled so bad it stunk the whole room up I got a presidential suite. I went down to a new room and noticed they had cockroach spray sitting out. This hotel was absolutely dirty and disgusting.

Receptionist is certainly in the wrong line of work. No Welcome, no smile, no thankyou, nothing ... Request we made for section of the building was ignored and we were told "we don't read requests when you book through 3rd party" (we have heard this before so why does Booking.com bother?) Price was more than we booked at on line.
Water damage in ceiling. Was it necessary to give us that room when 80% of the parking lot was empty? Coffee maker did not work. Bathroom light only came on at about 20% most of the time. I somewhat feel 3rd party bookings are 'punished' and given shoddy treatment, I dunno.

I cleaned my own room which took me over 2hrs. Linen and towels weren't cleaned. Ants coming out of heating vent, bed and bathroom. TV was very limited on channels. Not the hotel I wanted. Checked out and went to a hotel that was excellent. No this hotel I definitely would not recommend. Staff was very pleasant.
