Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

ice maker never worked or remote to tv. i called front desk and no one seem to care and i also let them know again on check out that nothing was ever fixed. like the ice machine in the room since the hotel has no ice machine for guest. and the manager just got up and walked to another room like she wanted to not acknowledge it... terrible

I loved that every room had a full kitchen in it. I had an emergency and I needed a room and to be able to check in right away and they didn't give me any issues!I ended up needing to extend my stay and they were booked but they still accommodated me

Room was outdated and needs some attention. Many little signs of wear and tear that could be fixed easily but clearly are not a priority to the owner. No breakfast.

When I got to hotel that I booked at bookings.com he had a list at front desk said and stead al Priceline reservations where canceled by Priceline and we heave new room waiting elsewhere, hen I told them I used bookings he said same thing. Even though i showed him confirmation he would not give me my guaranteed room! This is after diving 200 miles and I had two rooms and we had otter friends who had two rooms. Refused to help or give reason. A convention was in town this was a major issue

The pool was closed The night before my stay, the whole purpose was a get away for my granddaughter. Needless to say it was to late to cancel and find another room. Our trip was ruined and we were left finding something else to do. And that cost extra money.
Coffee cups in cupboard were dirty.
