This is a half way point to my destinations. No restaurant , no bar and no fresh coffee in the morning due to the holiday.They tried to charge me $50 to check in a few hours early. I left and lost my money. Checked into the happening Best Western Premiere

I was promised by staff that when I returned from my trip someone would pick my family us from the airport after midnight, I saw her document my request in the hotel book. 24 hrs before I arrived I called to confirm my pick up time, was told no can do.

There was a party in the lobby and the music was so loud that you could hear the it before you reached the 2nd floor coming down the elevator. The room had no microwave, had to go to noisy lobby to use one. Heater was very loud, slept w/ pillow on

The $150 hold on my card was nuts. I didn't pay that much for the room. No place to charge your phone next to the bed. And finally, they CHARGE for coffee.
