Positives:
I am a repeat customer at this location. It is convenient to highways and shopping. This is my favorite Red Roof Inn. The outside is really well lit. I feel very safe here. The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff is amazing. The room was really clean(even the top of the artwork on the wall was immaculate). The bed was comfortable and the motel was quiet. They had fresh, hot coffee and a lot of breakfast choices. Always a great experience.

Everything was great, but if I had to find a very, very minor detractor, it was a little bit confusing finding my room in building D.

The staff is energetic and helpful. Friendly, too. The stonework inside the lobby is lovely.

Nothing other than the bed was the only clean thing in the room.
Negatives:
It was filthy. Leftover toothpaste on the mirror from previous guests. The electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall beside the sofa. The floors were sticky and disgusting. You couldn’t even sit on the couch because it was dirty and disgusting. Garbage laying all around outside. This place needs some help. We will not be back.
