Below Red Roofs elsewhere. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No employee present from 11:00 pm - 6:00 am. Only one ice maker in building, located on second floor, didnt work or was turned off. TV remote didnt work, toilet seat broken, no wash cloth.

There was moldy Wendys food in the fridge. Fridge didnt keep anything cold.

Worst hotel ever absolutely disgusting odors but the staff were very sympathetic and issued an instant refund. I tried 2 rooms before I decided no way.

We actually did not end up staying at the hotel. When we pulled up, it was in a dead-end area with trees growing up around the property and there were holes in the top-floor windows. We did not feel safe staying at this location. The pictures listed on booking.com are nothing like the property actually looks when you arrive.

The room had none of the expected extra, no fridge, no iron, or ironing board. Everything was very dirty. We slept on top of the blankets one night and didn't bother going back.

Well, we were expecting it NOT to be topnotch, as we pay for what we get. The room and its contents were dirty and shabby. Could not even warm a cup of coffee in the lobby as the microwave was filthy..the couch and bedsheets in the room were stained. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. About six times, they tried to fix the door as the card didn't work. It doesn't matter if things are old, but it has to be CLEAN.
It's a great location. But I would rather sleep in my vehicle.

Never going to a Red Roof Inn or book anything in the future from Booking.com

Nothing was good , return my key and didnt stay

Rooms was nasty , lots of mildew and the mattress was different colors havent been change out in years, walls floors was dirty and nasty bad repairs all over the room. The rooms stink. Asked if this was the best room they had and manager said you can go check another room , that let me know that this was a standard to them . How do you not know your rooms stink and are in terrible shape.

I walked into the room 1 min later I walked out and went down the street and found a cleaner hotel.
Positives:
The location is great. Convenient to local restaurants and major highways. The mattresses seamed like new. The air conditioner was new. The price for the night was super cheap.
Negatives:
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, acually the whole building did. The faucet on our sink was not attached properly to the sink. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor, so you could not open the bathroom door all the way. The free, continental breakfast, consisted of coffee.

It was a cheap, no frills stay. We got what we paid for, basically.

The fire alarm went off while I was in the shower, I had to get out to a very soaked floor because the shower curtain only goes halfway and the water was just going out.
