Hotel was crowded both nights and noisy we we put on a floor in the middle of kids playing in hallways and running elevators were slow because hotel was so busy

Dogs barked most of the night. Didn't realize they allowed dogs.

We did not have hot water. It was warm and when we contacted the front desk they asked us to run the sink as the same time as the shower. We waited 10+ mins and it only got warm.

Bed was uncomfortable. Could hear neighbors through the walls and in the hallway.

Close to all things in KOP. Rooms are large and comforotable. Love walk-in shower.

The Maintenance Men that had to come to our room were extremely nice and attempted to be helpful.
Negatives:
We did not have hot water. When maintenance came he said we had to flush three times before taking a shower and then keep flushing in order to get and maintain hot water. The front desk did nothing about this.

It was clean and convenient. Everyone was very friendly.

Booked King Room received room with 2 Queen Beds, not the end of the world, and tends to happen often with online booking sites.

Ice machine wasn't working on my floor, kind of annoying

Front desk staff was rude/ got told the lady had a long shift- room dirty / no wash clothes/ cleaning crew started showing up at 9 am knocking at the door and check out was at 12
