Positives:
The breakfast was very nice, but the eating are was extremely small.
Negatives:
It is my belief that the room my family stayed in had flooded in the recent area flooding. Thesmell of mold was overwhelming. The room should never have been rented out. We were only staying one night so we just endured.

If your facility experiences flooding rip up the carpets and do not rent the rooms.
Positives:
Location was a little bit out of the way. Hotel and staff were nice, however they were renovating and to access to our room we had to walk around the outside of the hotel. Everything else was fine.

Access to out room was annoying.

Our bathroom door was very squeaky, there wasnt any soap in the shower dispenser and the sign out front about them not being responsible for vehicle break-ins was a little cause for concern.

The free breakfast was nice, more than i was expecting for Continental. Room was clean and they seem to have repainted and updated the decor since the photos on the listing were posted. I also liked that the mini fridge had a freezer

Positives:
Staff were terrific. Very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a queen room with no additional charge. Location was quiet and convenient to the freeway and IHOP.
Negatives:
Room had a bit of a smell of cleaning chemicals, maybe old smoke? However, windows could be opened, which helped a lot. I am sensitive to noise at night and dislike having a fridge in the room but the room was otherwise quiet.

First of all there was a problem with management, they didn't receive the cancellation that I put in May. But that's being resolved. I personally will not stay their again.
The hall smelled like cigarettes and the side we were on was under construction.
I thought the price was very high. It was during the week not on a busy weekend.
We will stay at the Best Western by Milford from now on
