The hotel was within walking distance to the two main attractions we were in town to visit.
Negatives:
There were transient people "living" at the hotel. There was a roach in the bathtub. The smell of Marijuana & smoke along with foul odor in the hallway from mildew and unclean rooms. Dogs were barking all night. People constantly wandering and yelling.

The clerk was polite and seemed pretty nice.

Hallway smelled like curry. Room smelled like cat urine. Hairs on the bedding. Trash everywhere.

The room was filthy. There were roaches coming out of the sink and dead on the night stand. The towels were stained the sheets were stained. There was hair in the tub along with a visible dirt ring. There were many issues when it came to this motel

Not very clean. Very dirty ac/heat unit, hole in the wall, needs to be fixed. Needs a major update. Looks like some people trashed it Room wasnt in the main section of the hotel. No breakfast, just coffee and it was empty.
