The staff was nice, but the facilities had nothing to like. What they advertise as amenities does not exist.
Negatives:
There was no continental breakfast. The pool was unavailable. The first room had issues so they put us in a second room, that room too also had issues.
If I could have left and gone to another hotel without losing my money paid here, I would have.

The bed bugs we found out was in our room. Room smells like cigarettes and the carpet was stained and kinda dirty. The woman at the desk though was awesome with trying to handle the situation.

Its conveniently located for me when I come to town for the event I attend.
Negatives:
The water pressure is horrible. Other guests that stayed at this location where very rude and loud throughout the night. Hotel quality is starting to go down hill. The hotel 2nd floor area has a odor to it. I've stayed at this location several times over the last 20 years and it has gotten worse with time. Would like to see some new improvements on the hotel.

There was a foul smell in room kinda like sewage. I had to go buy air fresheners to tolerate one night. Rug was filthy. Place run down.
