Everything. From the moment I arrived, I immediately cancelled because of the uncleanliness and horrible environment. The beds weren’t even cleaned. The service wasn’t good either.

The room smelled of cigarettes and funk. The pillows were old and nasty, the blanket had cigarette burns and the mattress was uncomfortable. I’m sure I’ll never stay here again.
