The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. It overlooked the City Hall plaza.
Negatives:
The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The main entrance is especially confusing with one on the ground floor and the other up a flight of stairs. My brother and best friend both came to meet me (different times) and the security staff person sitting at the ground floor entrance was both unfriendly and unhelpful. It was raining and my friend stood in the rain for 10 minutes waiting for me. The staff person kept looking at her like she was a criminal and did not suggest she wait in the lobby. The same thing happened to my brother. These security staff need serious customer service training!
