Vanessa at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me in finding the location as it was difficult for me to find at first, she was very pleasant , understanding and friendly.

Ended up having to pay $100 to park as the 1st time I selected hourly parking because I didn’t intend to have to leave back out once I parked the 1st evening instructions was not clear about parking

Great location, nice room. Room included fridge, freezer, kettle, iron, toaster, microwave and dishwasher as well as cups bowls plates and cuttlery.

A few marks and scuffs on the walls in the room. Air con unit was hard to control.

Only one time during a three-night stay did we have hot water, despite voicing our concerns three or four times. It was explained to us that we simply needed to let the water run longer to let it get warm, but this never worked.
