Positives:
Excellent facilities, staff was excellent.
Negatives:
I wish they properly checked the hotel room beforehand (the fridge wasn't working).
The floor also started to leak a little from the shower (but this obviously couldn't be helped and it was luckily our last day).
However, the staff were excellent and compensated us for our troubles which we appreciated.

Positives:
The location was beautiful, the hotel looks amazing upon entering after being greeted by a very kind vallet service.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in looked very pleasant at first sight, then when you start looking around you start seeing things that are concerning. Leaky ceilings throughout the hallways, entering our room 4022 there was black mold on the ceiling right above the door. In the bathroom sink the drain was clogged, the Television when pressing the power button caused the tv to turn on and off on its own about 10 times. (Malfunctioning) We called the front desk immediately snd they sent up an engineer to address the issues. We didn’t realize the problem with the heater until we went to bed. The room gave me the feeling that the guests prior were staying there with a cat by the way my allergies were acting up. The heater was turned all the way up to 80 degrees but it wasn’t responding. We woke up in the middle of the night coughing and running noses. My wife and son both are sick now as a result of this neglect given to this room. I find it hard to believe that room 4022 is the only room in that condition. Very disappointing experience.

Positives:
We were there for a show at the Theatre of Living Arts. Location was key. The Lobby and bar areas are beautiful. It’s the holiday season so it is also decorated beautifully!
Negatives:
The entry door wasn’t automatic nor propped open. So we struggled getting in and out the door if valet wasn’t present to assist. My best-friend fell HARD exiting the hotel. We opted to leave her wheelchair at home and bring her crutches and walker. Upon checkin we asked about ADA and they stated they didn’t have anything available nor did they have handicap parking on the site, so we stayed in a tight room. With no handicap parking, we were forced to use valet parking, which is $55 per night. Our room was terribly tiny so the tub versus a walk-in shower added additional stress to our stay. The inner door was also another limitation because it wouldn’t stay open without propping it. I never saw an inner door in a hotel until that moment, it was just strange. It made the room feel even smaller. Lastly our furnace hummed extremely loud whenever the system kicked on. The cost at best shouldn’t have been more than $150, $250 is a bit egregious for the limited space, no microwave or coffee maker no handicap parking etc.

Positives:
Nice, modern space. Fantastic location!
Negatives:
Walls are paper thin and I could her toilets flushing above and below me, among other things. Not to mention staff talking in the hallways at the top of their lungs. Front desk staff was curt and seemed annoyed.
