The room had worn out furniture.. Look like it was bought at a tag sale. The chase lounge had dog hair on it, faded.. No microwave to heat food.

The room was very spacious and had just the view we were looking for. We were allowed early check-in and really appreciated the late check out time of noon. Clean and comfortable. Room included a mini fridge which we took advantage of. Appreciated the friendly and prompt room service but wouldn’t eat there again. Dinner was not enjoyable and breakfast wasn’t good either. How can you mess up poached eggs? We will definitely return but we’ll arrange for food outside the hotel.

The food! While the menu looked interesting, the food we ordered was not good.

Dining staff was very nice which is half the battle but very forgetful and seemed to lack training. It was a little annoying when they would forget the same things 3 days in a row. like a spoon, toast, butter, meat on the side and when you reminded them they forgot again.

The location was impeccable! The staff were so so friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and our view of the historic area was great. The gym was great.

LACK OF ABILITY TO CHANGE HEAT IN ROOM. ROOM WAS 77" DEGREES WHEN WE ARRIVED, WHICH IS OK. AFTER ATTENDING A CONCERT IN THE EVENING, IT WAS 72 DEGREES WHICH WAS DEFINITELY NOT WARM ENOUGH FOR MY WIFE!!!!!!!!! COULD NOT ADJUST THERMOSTAT. SINGLE THIN BLANKET ON BED. CALLED NIGHT MANAGER--WHO COULD NOT ADJUST HEAT TO DAYTIME LEVEL. BROUGHT BLANKET AND SMALL SPACE HEATER--ABOUT 10x10 INCHES. LATER BROUGHT CLEAN (IS IT LAUNDERED AFTER EACH USE?} COMFORTER.

Upgraded room, it was so clean and spacious! Loved the morning views. Bed was very comfy. Location in old town was ideal, especially to the historical sites of interest. They let us have late checkout which was a nice touch to our weekend getaway.
