The room was amazing, comfortable and clean. Location was perfection. Food was amazing. Staff was amazing. Check in and check out was seamless. They even held my bag while I did some sightseeing around town.

Currently undergoing lobby renovations which made it slow and cramped to get in to use the elevators and the temp front desk space. Also seemed like other guests room service items were left lingering in the halls for a long time into the night.

The valet, one in particular, was terrible. We had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring our car.

Given that the hotel is under construction, the cost is more than I wouldve paid. They made a point of giving us two free drink tickets at the bar to compensate. However, when we tried to enter the bar, within posted hours,they told us they were closed.

We missed the nice bar and restaurant availability because of renovations, but still a great stay!!
