Staff very helpful. Lobby fresh and well kept. Room was large.
Negatives:
Furniture old. Electric shock in the room. Dirty mattress on beer uncomfortable sofa bed, with no bedding supplied until requested. TV would not come on, phones didn’t work.

Location of the hotel is great. Room furniture was worn, but functional. Hotel was clean and safe.
Negatives:
Front desk staff member (Hope) couldn't find our reservation (we had a confirmation number from Booking.com) and offered to book us for the night at a higher price. I complained, as we had a confirmed reservation. Hope was polite but our discussion went on for quite a while before she re-checked all of the reservations for the night and then "found" ours. This made us question whether this is a scam for the hotel to secure more money from us, by stating that they didn't have our reservation confirmed for a lower price than they were offering that night. This also caused us some stress on what was supposed to be a vacation.

There were no usb ports in the room to charge our phones and ipads.

The lobby area is nice as well as the corridors. The guy that stored my luggage post checkout was very friendly and the lady behind the register that helped me spend my credit in the gift shop was also really polite and helpful.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room. I had stains on the bedsheets and towels, there were hairs in the bathroom in multiple places, there were pee stains on the toilet seat, the room had a lot of dust on the surfaces. My room was only cleaned once over my 5 night stay (they actually did a pretty good job, but it was done the day before I left). I’m not actually sure it was cleaned between me and the previous guest.
