The majority of the people manning the front desk were wonderful. They went out of their way to help me with some documents I needed to print. Their location on the Southside grants you the opportunity to walk along the river or eat at a variety of restaurants in walking distance. Your minutes from downtown and Oakland. The Northside is not that far away either.
Negatives:
The mattress was awful and we woke up with backaches each morning of our 4 night stay. The pancakes they served for breakfast hardened after being heated in the microwave in our room. One morning we had the misfortune of dealing with a rude woman manning the front desk. She acted like we were criminals because we dared to ask for our room be cleaned, fresh towels, and a roll of toilet after a one night stay. Apparently, we should have known that they were an extended stay hotel. That means that rooms are cleaned every 5 days and fresh towels are given to you every three days. In regards to the toilet paper, who knows. None of those things ended up being delivered to our room.
