It appeared that the front desk receptionist was the only person working there. We couldn't get blankets for our pullout couch, the police were called for some reason at 10:30, the shower was broken and it was overall pretty gross.

Positives:
I liked the location of the hotel, across the street is a mall and restaurant. The next exit over was more shopping centers and it’s 20 miles away from Philadelphia but was not a bad drive.
Negatives:
Our room was not up to standard meaning cleanliness, it’s had a faint smell of smoke, the floors under the bad had old food such as pasta noodles and M&Ms. Kendra the lady at the front desk over night was truly rude.

The room was clean and neat, bathroom was very clean and had plenty of shampoo and soap which was good as I had forgotten to bring my fave travel versions. Buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh and the host was very pleasant. Wifi worked very well, was good enough for me to work and also to download 4K videos to my iPad to watch on my plane ride back home.
Negatives:
The linens, both bathroom and bedroom, were not soft and did not smell fresh. I've been told this happens after repeated bleaching and it was very evident particularly with the towels. The TV service must be satellite as the few times I had it on, the picture would pixelate randomly for a few seconds. I have seen this happen at a friend's house who had satellite service, was kind of annoying. The breakfast was very good but the cost was over $20 with tip and thats a bit pricey for breakfast when most hotels provide a similar layout for free.
