The our room was extremely dirty. There were numerous hairs and dirt in the bathroom. There were also ants in the bathroom. Front desk did not acknowledge nor care for the concern. The location is also far from the main area of Lancaster.

Sink stopper would not open in dressing area. Could not use sink. Spackled walls not repainted. No elevator. Carey not cleaned along edges.

The windows don't lock which I found weird. The only thing I didn't like was their male employee at the front desk, he almost acting like it was a bother to have us there and made awkward jokes about us staying outside to sleep if our room keys didnt work.
