Yes, I didnt like that I was checked out of my room unexpectedly by error. Staff need to practice customer service skills and hospitality. I was very disappointed. Also a lot of noise from guest at night.

The room itself was awesome!! The updates they did to the room were pretty amazing and I LOVE the fact that you couldnt hear your neighbors. The staffEVERYONE I encountered was very VERY pleasant!!!

Aside from the room itself and the staff, I didnt like anything else about the property. The way the layout of the hotel is, its like a huge dorm building, with one elevator and a lot of wings. I didnt like that each time, going or coming, I had to walk past the front desk. Very little privacy
