Negatives: Room access door to outside parking lot

Negatives: When I arrived to check in , the lady at the desk was nice and helpful, but first off I had 2 kids and was sent to a room that was filthy and not set up to be stayed in so I had to come back and them was sent tl another room that was stinky with smoke smell and dirty and tolit was broken and tub had water in it. Third, I went to the lady again, and she was very sorry and took me to another room . It had a leak/ dripping shower. And musty smell. I can keep going on and on she then said I have 3 other rooms. You can go check out. I'm like, you can't just refund me as yall have no clean room and think it's easy walking to each room up and down with 2 kids, noo. Each room had an issue. One was the fridge, not working, and the other was the bathroom door, which won't lock and stay closed. Tolits and showers dirty. The cleaner people suck at their jobs they have been caught doing makeup in rooms and not doing their jobs they never cleaned our room or took trash or or anything the 3 days we stayed. Breakfast was ok, same thing each day. Trash was overflowing. . Carpet dirty, yall need to get better employees that will do their job, not a good hotel / motel place to stay.

Negatives: It was being painted for the 3 nights I was there, very inconvenient, plus I was not informed during booking about this.

Negatives: The comforter was stained badly, the TV channels did not match what was shown on the display. For example TBS was NBC, etc. The worst thing was the toilet was not anchored well at all and rocked badly when you sat on it. I did not report it as I only stayed one night.

Negatives: Huge pothole you have to navigate when turning in. Not much lighting in the room and the bathroom door would not fully close/lock. Rooms are not very soundproof either.
