Positives:
The location was great! Short walk to the beach. Two heated pools. The rooms were decent but the patio was moldy and not cleaned very well. The food at the restaurant was good as well.
Negatives:
I wish they had more amenities for when the weather is bad. A game room or indoor experiences for children. The kids were bored because it was cold and raining when we arrived.

It was really a pretty property and loved how it was right at the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
There was a wedding and reception happening and the resort was perfect for that. (Tell your friends) The resort layout was stunning.
Negatives:
Honestly.2 things. The first was calling for more bath linen and 5 hrs later not still not receiving them. Went to the front desk and politely asked for them again that evening. We checked out this morning still no bath linens.
The second thingwas that the spa treatment given was not industry standard and it was shortened.

The couch in the suite smelled of cigar smoke. Which they did take care of on the first day.
There was no microwave in a suite
They said ocean view. It was a ocean glimpse because of all the trees.
No menus for the restaurant downstairs. They said if you want to see what we have to offer please come downstairs.
Mattress was hard as a rock and uncomfortable
The trash compactor was right outside our room and it was always a pleasant 6am wake up.

Not worth the price they are charging for a suite. Get a regular room

The bell hop, valley, front desk, cleaning staff were all wonderful.
Negatives:
A slow draining sink, a shower that dripped, ice machine broken, cal Imari and censar salad without lemons, rotten fruit offered for sale in the morning and guests that continued to party out side at the pool area past midnight were all non resort expectations.
I loved most of the staff but would never book again. At that price I could have spent a little more and gone to a nicer resort.
It felt dated. Im very upset I paid for an upgrade and then couldnt even get to sleep and called the front desk twice but nothing was done and paid so much for low quality. Hugely dissatisfied :(
