Negatives: Not very clean

Negatives: Everything needs a good deep cleaning including the outside perimeter. Our room had no comfy chair to sit in. Shower curtain should be replaced as bottom has seen better days.

Negatives: Weve stayed here a few different times over the years and each year we come back it seems to be going in the wrong direction. Not sure we would pick it to stay there again. Does not feel the safest.

Negatives: The bed was broke and slumping down on one side. Very uncomfortable. Really bad experience.

Negatives: When I got there it seemed nice. But getting into my room it was clear they don't care about cleaning anything. I got into the bathroom and there where marks on the walls. Not just the marks from where they where patching the walls. Then when you turned on the shower you could see the dirt on the floor being washed away. The floor of the shower was slippery before getting into it. What means you need to clean the shower. Other customers had blood stains on there sheets. The ac in the room was almost louder than the tv. Would recommend not taking off your shoes at all.

Negatives: The hotel had cosmetic improvements to most rooms. Heat/air conditioners all are in disrepair & need to be upgraded/replaced.3rd floor is a floor right out of a creepy Bates motel movie. Cannot believe country inn & suites is associated with it.

Negatives: It was too sterile, which eliminated a comfy feeling to the room

Negatives: Not clean at all! Disgusting experience ..

Negatives: Strange location. When we drove up ... the weeds were all around the property and in parking lot. Ugg. The front desk staff had their children right at the desk playing on the computer when we checked in. Location has had some re-modeling done but very poorly done. My bathroom didn't even have a toilet paper roll holder. Roll was on the back of the toilet, then I moved it to the shower door which constantly fell off. Ugg. The closet had been re-modeled, but the clothes hanging bar was too close to the trim. The bar fell off when I was hanging my clothes. I had to go into the closet and rehang the bar. It is far to close to the trim, so I had to hand my hangers on backwards. No other way to get them to fit. Ugg. The stairwell smelled of sweat and funk, Ugg. The room hallway smelled fine. I went to wash some clothes, and was told there is NO LAUNDRY??? What?? Had to go to a Laundry Mat close by. Ugg. Breakfast only goes till 9am on a weekend?? Cuz why?? Should be later on a weekend. Ugg. Then my bill was goofed up. Double Ugg. Will not go back.
