Check in lady was awesome. Room was good, they granted my request on having a top floor room there wasn't a chair in the room for work tho, that's the only issue I had. It was beautiful otherwise.

The staff, from top to bottom (literally), was extremely helpful and friendly. From the valet and front desk up to the rooftop bar, everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and accommodating. 6 out of 5 star staff!
