Bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. It may also have leaked around the faucets. Sodas in market area were not cold.

There were stains on the floor next to bed when we arrived. Only received an invoice for the pet fee. The clerk said that because we booked through booking.com I would not receive a receipt - did not like that. Also told that I would be charged $25 for incidentals. If I didn't incur incidentals, I would receive a credit on my card in 7-10 days! I think this was a new person working at the desk. Friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable. Will not stay at another Holiday Inn.

It was very clean, and that is what is important to me. Well, that and the price. It was a great experience.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good - definitely above average!
Negatives:
We knew that after a long day of driving, we would want a hotel with a restaurant on site, which was a major consideration when we booked here. No mention was made that the restaurant was closed. If they had posted it on their website, we wouldnt have been frustrated when we got here.
There was a noxious odor in our room. We couldnt identify the source (carpet?) but it was strong and unpleasant.
