We have stayed at this hotel many times, it is about at the midway point on our trip to Branson, MO. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly.
Negatives:
My wife has had bth knees replaced and has some mobility issues. The beds are so tall that she cannot get into the bed, even with the stool we carry with us. I know it would be foolish to expect the hotel to accommodate one guest, but she is my wife.

Good area, recently remodeled on the outside but rooms show their age on the inside. Beds moderately comfortable but sheets were like burlap. Owners need to complete their remodel.

It was a good location and the staff was friendly. Good customer service . The room was spacious and it was nice it actually had a table and chairs for us to eat on.

The lighting, it was kind of dark. No ceiling light, only lamps, which good for night time, but not during the day and when you are trying to eat at the table.
