Negatives: Firstly, I was highly disappointed that the rooms and lobby looked absolutely nothing like the pictures that were advertised online. They need to update the images to what they actually look like so people know what they are getting themselves into. Secondly, I did not appreciate that when I got there I was given the wrong room. I was given a smoking double queen room, and when I said my reservation was for a king room, I was then given a smoking king room. When I realized it was a smoking king I said that I had made a reservation for a non-smoking king room. Also in the smoking king room the bathroom/tub looked like it had not been cleaned. Once I was given the room I made a reservation for, I went to take a shower later that night and the water pressure barely trickled out of the shower. The tub in that room also was not any better than the first king room I saw earlier. I was told the reason why the water pressure was not good was because there were other people taking showers at the same time I attempted to. When I asked to cancel my reservation and wanted my money back they wanted to give me another room with “better” water pressure. With getting the reservation wrong and then the water pressure being awful I did not want to stay in any of the rooms. The bathrooms were poorly cleaned if not cleaned at all. I have stayed at many other hotels around this value and this one by far was the absolute worst one I have ever stayed in. I received money back for the second night that I booked but I am very disappointed that I did not receive any money back for the first night.

Negatives: Everything is dirty

Negatives: Toilet wouldn't flush, no internet, remote didn't work. Toilet paper holder wasn't bolted in the wall. No microwave.

Negatives: room floors not very clean; bathroom doors would not close; walls in bathroom plaster falling off wall; wash cloths very stained; overall one of the worst experiences in a hotel I can remember
