Lipstick on a pig! The room looked nice in the pictures but beware. The room smelled like smoke even though they stressed no smoking at check in. The covers we dirty and smelled of past patrons activities. The whole parking lot smelled like pot smoke.

We had coffee but no coffee maker in the room. Hair dryer didn't work. At 6:15 coffee was ready down stairs along with a bit of bread a few bagels(4) some cookies and tiny muffins some cereal I think .. there was a waffle iron but nothing to put in it. . All night long the noise of people running down the balcony and up and down the stairs.. 4 working girls walking around. But at least they had a "job"...

We had a terrible time with this location, but the front desk staff and security guards were doing their best.
Negatives:
The building had a serious mold issue and was unbearable to be inside. The rooms were filthy. Unfortunately we had been driving all day and needed a place to rest before finishing our journey, and tried to stick it out because we were exhausted. We switched rooms after we found hair and stains on the bed sheets, and it looked like the beds had been used and not changed. The second room they moved my elderly mother and I to had what looked like fully made beds with a clean presentation, and less of a moldy smell. When I finally tried to head to bed I found a pubic hair under one of my pillows. Instead of switching rooms again we checked out, got back in the car, and I drove through the night without sleep. The property has refused to refund our stay, and I have opened a claim with corporate. I do not recommend this particular Red Roof Inn. I have had great experiences at other locations in the past, but this was beyond unacceptable.

It wasn’t stated in the policy that for each additional pet there is a $25.00 fee.
Tennessee doesn’t recognize marijuana whether medicinal or recreational legal, yet there was someone using it as we could smell it every time we had to walk past that room to take our pets for a walk.
There is not a clean area for us to walk our pets. The area we walked them in was filled with a lot of trash that we watched where they were stepping to ensure that they didn’t step on broken glass or used needles.
